Wanderlust

I wanted to go and see – instead of listen what they say. Curiosity kept me on my toes, made me question the status quo, inspired me, showed me the future, made me try and see new things. I had to improvise, negotiate – while keeping my cool – it made me humble and opened my eyes.

Constantly traveled to: Asia, Americas, Africa. Europe, South America, South Pacific and Australia.

Maui, September 1997

While trying (and failing) to master Windsurfing in the notorious breaks of Maui’s Northshore (Ho‘okipa) – my friend «Sam» told me about a guy who is pioneering a new Watersport. I needed to see – the rest is history.

Passion Projects

Bringing people together and connecting friends, while having fun doing so, motivated me to bring ideas to paper – and to life. Some were «One Night Only», some became yearly gatherings for thousands of guests … and others got printed and won awards.
